About PINC
What is PINC?
Professional Inspiring
Business Community
At PINC, every conversation, collaboration, and new opportunity begins with community. We’re a collective of women in business who believe that growth happens when we support one another, share what we know, and celebrate each other’s wins. Behind every connection is a network of mentors, advocates, and peers who understand the journey. PINC brings these women together—creating a space where genuine relationships form, confidence grows, and professional pathways expand.
Why PINC Dunedin
PINC Dunedin was created to give women in business a place to truly belong.
Our city is full of talented, driven women—but many were building careers, leading teams, or growing businesses without the support, mentorship, or connection they deserved.
We built PINC Dunedin to change that.
Here, women come together to share knowledge openly, build meaningful relationships, and celebrate each other’s wins. It’s a space where experience matters, ambitions are encouraged, and support is genuine.
At PINC Dunedin, connection is the catalyst.
Whether you’re launching something new, stepping into leadership, or looking for your community, you’ll find a network ready to inspire, challenge, and cheer you on.
Together, we’re building a more confident, connected, and empowered Dunedin—one woman at a time.

Connection is what makes PINC come alive. Our network brings women together to share ideas, spark collaborations, and build relationships that go beyond business.
